Job Description: The Project Manager job opening is responsible for the Project Management of commercial plumbing and mechanical projects through all phases of construction.
• Estimating.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Scheduling.
• Coordinate field staff.
• Coordinate scheduling with Subcontractors.
• Purchasing of materials (Purchase Orders) and scheduling deliveries.
