Job Description: The Project Manager assistant job opening is responsible for helping the Project Manager during the duration of
the project to assist in the planning and management of the project.

• Preparation of submittals
• Preparation of O & M’s
• Printing and binding Spec Books
• Binding Plans
• Familiarize with project
• Review spec book
• Review Plans
• Lead and or participate in site visits
• Pre-Bid meetings
• Delivery of Bids
